Welcome to Curated by Johnson! We’re excited to create a bold, unforgettable journey for you. Please review the terms below for a smooth planning experience. 1. Services We specialize in land-based luxury itinerary planning. This includes curated recommendations for accommodations, activities, dining, and personalized experiences. Important: All bookings (including accommodations and activities) must be made directly by the client. We provide expert recommendations only and do not book on your behalf. Flights are not included and must also be booked by the client. 2. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to start planning (applied to your total fee): ✔ Discovery Route: 30% ✔ Signature Route: 50% ✔ Curated / Elite Escape: 50% Remaining balance is due before final itinerary delivery. 3. Timelines & Revisions Initial Draft Delivery ✔ Discovery: 7–10 business days ✔ Signature: 10–12 business days ✔ Curated: 12–15 business days ✔ Elite: 15–20 business days Revisions Included ✔ Discovery: 1 ✔ Signature: 2 ✔ Curated: 3 ✔ Elite: 4 Additional revisions may incur extra fees. 4. Communication Email or scheduled calls (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM MST). WhatsApp/Concierge support is available as an add-on during travel. 5. Client Responsibilities ✔ Complete intake accurately ✔ Secure flights before planning begins (unless agreed in writing) ✔ Approve recommendations promptly ✔ Book all accommodations, activities, and services directly using provided recommendations 6. Liability We are a planning consultant — not a licensed travel agent. All services are provided by third-party vendors. We are not liable for injuries, delays, cancellations, natural disasters, or service issues. 7. Payments Payments are collected online only through Wix checkout or invoice (not in person). Accepted methods: PayPal, credit/debit card, or other approved methods. All payments are non-refundable. 8. Agreement Submitting your deposit confirms acceptance of these terms.
